About Enhanced Counselling for Health, Lifestyle & Discovery
- I’m a fully qualified Counsellor, a certified Fitness Instructor and Reiki Master.- I’ve been a passionate advocate of affecting positive change in people’s lives since 2005.
- My focus is on health and well-being while the Counselling and healing I practice, works through many levels including psychological, physical, mental and emotional, as all of these are interlinked.
Counselling
- I’m a qualified and Integrative Counsellor.
- I hold a higher professional Counselling diploma.
- I adhere to a strict code of ethics working with everyone in an unbiased and non-judgmental way.
- I’m genuine and real, offering you a space to explore your feelings without judgement being made in a way that is supportive and understanding.
Reiki
- It’s a form of alternative medicine called energy healing.
- It uses a technique called palm healing or hands on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
